Contract role, Community Integrated Urgent Care team

We are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in Greater Manchester
This is to manage a Community Integrated Urgent Care team in the Tameside area.
The Community Team consists of Social Workers, Assessors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Care Assistants. IUCT can provide short term wraparound care support for people in their own homes for up to 72 hours.
