I am looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Locality Team.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST-QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE.

About you:

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in an Adult's setting. You should have knowledge of key legislation and work in accordance with it. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential. A valid Social Work England registration is required. A full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team:

This team works with vulnerable adults over 18+ to support and update their care packages within the community. They review cases and assess whether clients have appropriate funds for their care packages.
