Job Description:

I am looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Locality Team.

Requirements: A Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is essential.

About you

You should be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in an Adult's setting, familiar with key legislation, and holding a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). A valid Social Work England registration is required. A full UK driving license is preferred.

About the team

This team works with vulnerable adults aged 18+ to support and update their care packages within the community. They review cases and assess funding adequacy for care packages.
