Responsibilities

• Work for a leading healthcare provider within the community.
• Operate complex care equipment and perform advanced care procedures.
• Support clients outside of their homes, including accompanying them to medical appointments.
• Care for patients in their homes and build rapport with family members.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and escalate any changes to clinical leads safely and efficiently.

Working Hours

Days and nights shifts available: 08:00-20:30 and 20:00-08:30. Schedules vary weekly; flexibility is required.
