We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic 8a Adult Neurodiversity Service Lead to join a very well-established adult autism and ADHD service who have been providing high quality autism and ADHD assessments and ADHD treatment since 2011. Main duties of the job
  • Lead adult autism assessment and ADHD assessment and treatment services across Berkshire
  • Ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery through evidence-based pathways, optimal performance and ensuring flow through the pathway
  • Work closely with the clinical leads and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
  • Strategic planning, service development, and performance improvement
  • Collect and analyse demand and capacity data, to inform service delivery, planning and improvement
  • Manage and support a motivated, equitable workforce aligned with Trust values
  • Oversee governance, risk management, and service user engagement
  • Analyse data to inform operational decisions and service enhancements
  • Implement and evaluate audits, and service improvements
