An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual within our Adult Mental Health Team, working in the community providing care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings.
The successful applicant must have an SVQ 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience in a community mental health setting.
A full driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. A pool car may be available
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours working in line with service requirements.
