Adult Locality Practice Lead, Slough

Location: Slough, United Kingdom

Pay rate: £38.86 per hour

Job Description:

The Practice Lead will need to plan and ensure work progresses within established and functional procedures and clearly defined guidelines. They will propose recommendations to improve existing work practices and contribute to solutions for more complex casework or situations. Responsibilities include planning their own workload and managing a small team if applicable. Working within a multidisciplinary context and applying a strengths-based model of social care within a Locality community setting, Practice Leads will supervise Social Workers and Social Work Assistants. They will also assist the Locality Team Manager with delegated responsibilities for the effective management and development of the service.
