Adult Learning Tutor – Health and Social Care | 8959 | Permanent Contract | 22.2 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum pro rata (Scale H) | County Hall, Norwich

Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the Care sector? We are looking for a dedicated, permanent Health and Social Care Tutor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver both qualification and non-qualification courses, as well as provide training to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and deliver engaging course content for Care programmes, from non-accredited courses to qualifications and apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5, across Norfolk.
  • Utilise your excellent teaching and mentoring skills to contribute to our tailored learning programmes throughout the county.
  • Support learners and apprentices in achieving their aspirations with your advanced teaching abilities.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Hold or be working towards a Level 4 Teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to ongoing development and quality assurance.
  • Internal quality assurance qualifications are desirable but not essential.
