As Adult Learning Project Officer, You Will
- Support the coordination and development of Adult Learning projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and funding requirements.
- Maintain project management systems, templates, and documentation, acting as the central source of project information.
- Identify and report project risks, developing mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for project enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication across all channels.
- Contribute to communication strategies and manage stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure, and income within set parameters.
- Research, analyse, and produce reports and insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who
- Can plan and organise varied workloads
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Can influence and support change using negotiation skills
- Interpret and analyse complex data
- Can monitor budgets effectively
- Have working knowledge of adult learning programmes
