Location: The Wellington Hospital, London
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week – 5 days (Mon to Fri)

We’re looking for an inspiring and dynamic ITU Clinical Practice Educator to join our world-class Critical Care Team at The Wellington Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and development of our nursing team. From the very first day of induction to advanced critical care education, you’ll create learning strategies that ignite confidence, competence, and compassion in practice.

As an educator, mentor, and leader, you’ll deliver high-impact training sessions, support clinical development pathways, and empower nurses at all stages of their career. Whether you’re guiding newly qualified staff or facilitating learning for those undertaking critical care qualifications, your role is key to raising the standard of care we deliver every single day.

What you’ll bring:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
• Postgraduate ITU module (must hold 60 credits)
• Experience at senior Band 6 level or equivalent in a critical care setting
• Teaching qualification or working towards one
