Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in project management within a health setting, ideally focusing on adult health. Relevant qualifications in designing and facilitating physical activities (e.g., walking netball, chair-based exercises, football coaching) are essential.

You should have experience delivering initiatives aimed at improving physical activity and reducing social isolation, particularly within diverse and deprived communities. Demonstrable knowledge of reducing social isolation, partnership working with charities and voluntary organizations, and organizing community events are required.

Networking skills, excellent administrative abilities (such as registering participants, reporting safety incidents, safeguarding documentation), and a proactive approach are crucial.

Why should you apply?

This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, primarily based at our Anfield Sports and Community Centre.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays and optional additional days), a contributory pension scheme, and access to various benefits including discounts and schemes via our benefits kit bag. Opportunities for volunteering through the LFC Foundation are also available.

Liverpool FC is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, striving to create an inclusive environment that reflects our community. We are proud of our achievements, including maintaining the Premier League Equality Standard Advanced Level and signing the Football Leadership Diversity Code.

This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, as we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
