Bristol| £43,000 | Monday to Friday | Hybrid Working | Permanent
Experienced in ITU, ICU or Critical Care? Looking for a nursing role with better work life balance and the opportunity to develop your career outside of a hospital environment?
We're recruiting for an Adult Complex Care Nurse to join a growing specialist healthcare provider, supporting adults with complex clinical needs in their own homes across Bristol and North Somerset.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ITU Nurse, ICU Nurse, Critical Care Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking for more autonomy, greater clinical responsibility and a Monday to Friday working pattern.
You’ll use your existing clinical skills to oversee complex care packages, support dedicated care teams and help patients receive safe, personalised care in their own homes.
Previous Case Manager experience isn't essential. If you have a strong clinical background in intensive care, tracheostomy care or ventilation, this could be the ideal opportunity to take your career in a new direction.
As an Adult Complex Care Nurse, you'll work in a Case Manager capacity, overseeing the delivery of specialist care to adults with complex healthcare needs in the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll have the independence to manage your own caseload while playing an important role in developing care teams and improving patient outcomes.
Coming from an ITU or Critical Care background?
You don’t need to have worked as a Nurse Case Manager before. Your clinical experience and ability to manage patients with complex needs are what we're particularly interested in.
Equally, if you’re already working as a Clinical Lead or Nurse Case Manager and looking for a new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re ready to move away from hospital shifts, enjoy a more predictable working week and use your specialist nursing skills to make a real difference in the community, this could be a great next step.
