Base pay range

Adult Complex Care Assistant

Excellent Complex pay rates from £14.75 - £15.25 per hour PLUS HOLIDAY PAY & PENSION

This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of £17.03 - £17.60!

ALCEDO WELCOME BONUS of £250 after passing 3-month probation review.

We are looking for Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to provide outstanding support and care to adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Carlisle and surrounding areas.

This role includes supporting individuals with a range of needs including:

• Autism, Challenging Behaviours and Learning Difficulties support.
• Clinical Intervention.
• Peg feeds, Tracheostomy care, Clinical suction.
• Positive behavioural support.
• Social interaction and educational enrichment.
• Mental health support.
• Personal care and toileting.
