• To work alongside the people we support, enabling them to realise their potential in line with their personal plan
• To work as part of a team to provide a high quality service which promotes the achievement of agreed outcomes for the people we support

• To act as an advocate for the People we Support, providing support and information to encourage and enable individuals to make informed decisions and choices
• To present options to build independent living skills at every opportunity whilst recognising the importance of appropriate positive risk taking
• To complete accurate and timely daily recordings which capture outcome information for the people we support
• To complete assigned tasks to support the safe running of the service on a daily basis
