The Opportunity Provider Ltd (TOP) is seeking an Adult Care Trainer to empower apprentices in care homes and online. You will travel across the West Yorkshire area, with substantial time spent working from home and delivering personalised learning plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 5 in Adult Care, are proficient with technology, and have a full driving licence to visit learners. Monday–Friday hours and DBS safeguarding are part of the role.

Formación

• Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Carer experience required.
• Level 5 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent required.
• Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills needed.
• Level 2 (GCSE) in English and maths or willingness to obtain.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle for area travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support and guide apprentices in care homes and online to build skills and confidence.
• Tailor learning plans to each apprentice’s needs and provide tools to succeed.
• Show how maths and English fit into day-to-day roles.
• Build relationships with employers and update them on progress.
• Manage admin tasks using Google Suite and other platforms.

Join The Opportunity Provider , an award-winning training provider, as an Adult Care Trainer. Share your expertise while enjoying regular Monday-to-Friday hours, with the flexibility of working from home and visiting learners in their care homes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting and guiding apprentices in care homes and online, helping them build their skills and grow their confidence.
• Tailoring learning plans to suit each apprentice’s needs and providing the tools they need to succeed.
• Showing how functional skills like maths and English fit into their day-to-day roles.
• Building relationships with employers and keeping them updated on their apprentices’ progress.
• Managing administrative tasks efficiently using Google Suite and other platforms.

Your typical week will include at least 3 days of travel to care homes within your area, with the rest of your time spent working from home.

What You'll Need to Bring:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Carer (or similar).
• Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or similar).
• Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
• Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths (or a willingness to work towards it).
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your area.
