The Change Partners are currently working with an iconic global brand that is hiring a Adtech Solution Manager.

The Adtech Solution Manager will support value creation through the innovation of Ad tech stack, configurations, operations and performance to support teams on advertising across VOD and FAST.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Adtech configurations and operations to ensure smooth performance for FAST and CTV.
• Server Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) including testing and troubleshooting
• LiveOps and AVOD technical support.
• Own technical relationships with Ad Servers.
• Manage technical integrations, platform development and rollouts.
• Partner with the Ad operations team to support marketing and demand, you will own the supply side of Adtech.
• Design solutions for new Adtech integrations across internal apps and wider business services.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive insight into product roadmap for Adtech.
• Support relationship management and negotiation with vendors, when required.
• Troubleshooting and support with tech and internal partners.
• Partner with commercial teams to help shape and drive strategy.
• Grow and build a high-performing team and help setup Adtech management.
• Own where the adtech stack should be led IAB standards, architecture, keep moving in the right direction.
• Work on Adservers.

Your background

• Strong knowledge of advertising domains across VOD and FAST across CTV.
• Hands on Adtech experience working with Ad exchanged and Ad servers.
• Good understanding of how ads are consumed and digested across ad servers.
• Passion for driving ad product innovation and data insights.
• Utilisation with Springserve, Amazon APS, Google Ad server, targeted ads and CMPs.
• Experience with SSAI and CSAI.
