Job summary

The Best Connection in Redruth, Cornwall is seeking an experienced ADR Delivery Driver to cover local deliveries with Class 1/ADR opportunities. You will operate Class 2 ADR vehicles and potentially Class 1 ADR roles with PAYE pay rates.

Typical shifts run Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work, and regular local runs. Applicants should hold a valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC, ADR, and digital tachograph card, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with Class 2 (Category C) entitlement.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• Valid ADR licence is mandatory.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred.
• Class 1 (Category C+E) entitlement is desirable for additional ADR opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Cornwall roads is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.

ADR Delivery Driver Required

Location: Redruth, Cornwall

Pay: Class 2 £17.00 per hour (PAYE)

Class 1 £18.00 per hour (PAYE)

Shift: Monday to Friday | 07:00 - 17:00/18:00 | Occasional Saturday work

We're recruiting experienced Class 1/2 ADR & 7.5t Drivers to carry out deliveries across Cornwall. This is an ad-hoc role with the potential for ongoing work - perfect for drivers who want flexibility and regular local runs.

Key Duties:

• Driving Class 2 ADR vehicles to complete deliveries across Cornwall
• Class 1 ADR driving opportunities
• Delivering goods safely and efficiently
• Checking and completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Following all road safety rules and company procedures

What We Offer:

• £17.00 per hour - Class 2 ADR (PAYE)
• £18.00 per hour - Class 1 ADR (PAYE)
• Monday to Friday work, with occasional Saturdays
• Regular hours, typically 07:00/08:00 to 17:00/18:00
