Job description

We have a new opportunity for an Adoptions Manager to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office.

As our Adoptions Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and timely, cost-efficient adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.

You will work with the Engineering Manager to develop technical agreements and oversee the adoption process.
