Taylor Wimpey in Wolverhampton seeks an experienced professional to manage adoption works for highways, sewers and POS areas, ensuring tight control of bonds and budgets within the closed site strategy.

You will review bond liabilities, identify reductions, and produce Adoptions Plans using AutoCAD. The role includes site inspections, liaising with legal teams, and coordinating closure meetings to progress adoptions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate roads and sewer design, construction and inspection.
• Experience in preparing schedules of work, bills of quantities and tender analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review existing bond liability and identify reduction opportunities.
• Focus on quick wins and larger bonds while maintaining a programme for removal of bonds.
• Produce Adoptions Plans for Highways, Sewers and POS areas using AutoCAD.
• Undertake Annual Site Inspections and review Health and Safety implications.
• Liaise with internal and external legal teams regarding agreements and land transfers.
• Manage regional bond portfolio and track key triggers and inspection certificates.
• Coordinate site closure meetings and ensure adoption process progresses as bonds are reduced.
• Produce CDM Pre-construction Health and Safety Files where necessary.
• Liaise with customer care, NHBC and Local Authorities on site completion and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the regional adoption schedule within bond limits.
• Participate in progress meetings with Road & Sewer Contractors to ensure compliance with Local Authority Standards.
