• Experience leading Adoption Social Workers and Support Workers.
• Knowledge of adoption policies, procedures and regulations.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for appointment.

• Inspire, lead and manage Adoption Social Workers and Support Workers to deliver services.
• Provide agency advice to the adoption panel and the ADM in adoption plans.
• Support best practice and achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
