Description

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking a dynamic team member to support adolescents in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. This position provides clinical mental health case management services to encourage positive youth development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting youth with career counseling and educational obtainment
  • Leadership skill building
  • Navigating housing insecurity and accessing housing supports
  • Numerous other services in advancing skills supportive of transition to adulthood.

Ideal candidates will becollaborative, detail-oriented and possess a strength-based approach to working with adolescents and their families. Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse is preferred. Candidates should be self-motivated and organized to work independently and be a collaborative part of a team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Fridaywith flexible scheduling options.
