The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Adolescent Service) to lead complex cases and model high-quality direct work with young people and families. This fixed-term 12-month role is full‑time with hybrid working arrangements.

You will work within the Adolescent Early Support Team to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice, supervise colleagues, and contribute to service development and quality assurance.
