What You'll Be Doing

• Advising on admissions, international admissions, and enrolments.
• Providing guidance on best practices with the SITS platform.
• Using customer knowledge to deliver excellent service, improve the customer experience, and meet business needs.

• Hands-on experience with SITS student record system.
• Solid understanding of admissions and enrolment processes.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and eagerness to learn.
