Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage end-to-end admissions and referrals in a Cambridge setting. You will bridge families, local authorities, senior leadership, and external professionals to ensure smooth transitions for neurodivergent learners.

Role involves coordinating assessments, handling sensitive inquiries, and producing reports. 40h/week, 8:00–16:00, on-site with a 52-week contract starting Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at least Grade C/9-4 or equivalent.
• Proficiency with web-based MIS tools and general ICT skills.
• Experience handling sensitive information with care and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end admissions and referrals for learners.
• Coordinate assessment visits and days across the year.
• Respond to enquiries from families, local authorities and caseworkers.
• Draft assessment reports, offers and tribunal paperwork.
• Maintain learner records in the MIS and generate admissions metrics.
• Report admissions insights to executive leadership and governance.
