A leading independent school is searching for an Admissions Officer to oversee student recruitment and support the Admissions Team in meeting enrolment targets. You will engage with prospective families, manage their enquiries, and promote the school's educational vision effectively, ensuring a seamless admissions process. The role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service experience, and familiarity with CRM systems, like HubSpot. The Admissions Officer plays a vital role in student recruitment at Claremont School and in supporting the Admissions Team to meet enrolment targets. Reporting to the Head of Admissions, this role supports and contributes to the day-to-day admissions process, promotes Claremont as the school of choice in the local area, and communicates the school’s core message of Amazing Learning.
Acting as a true ambassador, the Admissions Officer engages with prospective families, agents, and the wider school community—including teaching and support staff—to ensure a seamless, customer focused experience. Through personal interaction, the post holder will help convey the school’s values and educational vision with clarity and impact.

About Claremont & ISP: Claremont School is an independent day and boarding school. The Nursery and the Prep School are based in St Leonards on Sea, and the Senior School is located in Bodiam, East Sussex. The school is non selective and welcomes children and young people from a large catchment area spanning 25 miles. In addition, one third of the students in the Senior School are international boarders.
Children join Claremont aged 2, and the school offers a British curriculum throughout with GCSEs and iGCSEs at KS4, and A Level and BTechs at KS5.
