Highclare School is looking for a part-time individual to join their Admissions and Marketing team. The role involves administrative support and promoting the school to prospective families, requiring excellent communication and social media skills. This position is designed for 15 hours per week, term time only, with flexible working days.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to support our Admissions and Marketing department by providing administrative, creative, and operational assistance. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for prospective families and in effectively promoting the school and its activities.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of social media are essential. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be based at Highclare Senior School. This is a part-time position: 15 hours per week over at least three days (days can vary week to week). Term time only, plus two additional weeks.
