Job summary

Blenheim Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Manager for Pattison School in Coventry. The role leads the admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment, shaping experiences for families and guiding them to make informed decisions.

You’ll partner with the Headteacher and SLT to showcase the school through tours and events, utilise data to plan future growth, and build strong community links. This is a permanent, full-time role starting November 2026, with 37.5 hours per week,

Qualifications

Experience in admissions or customer-focused roles.
Confident communicator who builds relationships.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM systems and databases.

Responsibilities

Manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring an outstanding experience for every family.
Deliver engaging school tours, open events and taster sessions.
Maintain accurate admissions records and CRM systems.
Monitor admissions data, trends and conversion rates to support planning.
Build strong relationships with families, schools, nurseries and community partners.
Support onboarding and transition arrangements for new students.
Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance community engagement and promote the school.
