Job summary

Blenheim Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Manager to lead our admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment, creating outstanding family experiences and guiding them with personalised support.

In collaboration with the Headteacher and SLT, you will develop community partnerships, showcase the school through tours and events, and use data insights to shape future growth for our independent schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, recruitment, customer service, sales, community engagement or a similar people-focused role.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, databases and digital platforms.
• Data-aware, professional and solution-focused, with a genuine passion for supporting children and families.

Responsibilities

• Managing the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring an outstanding experience for every family.
• Delivering engaging school tours, open events and taster sessions that showcase the school.
• Maintaining accurate admissions records and CRM systems.
• Monitoring admissions data, trends and conversion rates to support future planning.
• Building strong relationships with families, schools, nurseries and community partners.
• Supporting onboarding and transition arrangements for new students.
• Working closely with senior leaders to enhance community engagement and promote the school.
