Job Description:

This lovely school in Chiswick is looking for an experienced and proactive Admissions Manager to provide approachable, welcoming, informative, and seamless customer service to all prospective pupils and their parents.

It’s a collaborative and supportive environment, and you’ll work with a team of highly capable and friendly professionals.

The role

  • Lead the entire admissions process, managing initial enquiries, hosting private tours for prospective families, facilitating pupil assessments, and admitting pupils to the school.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, promptly answering leads and ensuring they are logged.
  • Organise and host private tours and open events for prospective students and their parents.
  • Prepare all admissions materials for Open Mornings and other school and college events.
  • Process all applications in accordance with required procedures.
  • Maintain prospective pupil records on the school's database (ISAMS).
  • Require extensive admissions experience within an educational setting or excellent customer service experience with a good understanding of schools and their admissions processes.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a flexible attitude, patience, and a sense of humour.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working with school databases such as ISAMS.
