Radley College is excited to announce the expansion of our Admissions Department. Following our merger with Prep Schools Trust and the strategic role of our Director of Admissions and Communications within the Radley Schools Group, we are seeking both an exceptional Registrar and an Admissions Manager to join the new Head of Admissions and her dynamic team.

Radley College is an exceptional school, attracting significantly more enquiries than available places. The Admissions Department manages this high volume with efficiency, professionalism, and a personal touch, ensuring every prospective student and their family receives a warm, well-informed introduction to the College, leaving a positive lasting impression.

The Admissions Manager supports the Head of Admissions and Registrar in managing student intake and administrative tasks. We seek an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced individual to help deliver an outstanding admissions experience.

The successful candidate will have experience managing databases, planning logistics, and working collaboratively within a busy team. Strong organisational and administrative skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a positive attitude and a team ethic. Knowledge of the UK independent education sector, safeguarding responsibilities, and international student visa and compliance processes is essential.

The ideal candidate will be professional, warm, approachable, with high emotional intelligence, tact, and diplomacy. They should be self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and committed to the school's ethos and values. Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends for school events, is also necessary.
