Job summary

Royal Hospital School in Suffolk seeks an ambitious Admissions Manager to lead UK pupil recruitment. You will design and deliver recruitment events, oversee the admissions journey from enquiry to induction, and manage UK admissions operations with a focus on data-informed decision-making.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, you will forecast and optimise the enquiry pipeline and line-manage a small team, ensuring a high-quality, personalised families experience.

We are seeking an ambitious and family-focused Admissions Manager to play a pivotal role in recruiting pupils from across the UK to the Royal Hospital School.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, this managerial role leads the UK admissions pipeline from first enquiry to induction. You will design and deliver recruitment events, deliver a high-quality, personalised admissions journey for families, manage, forecast an optimise the enquiry pipeline utilising appropriate systems and process, and line-manage a small UK admissions team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional, with experience in education marketing or admissions, or a related field, to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic school community.
