Job summary

Pattison School is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead the entire admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for families. You will deliver tours, open days and tasters while maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM systems to support forecasting.

You will work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to strengthen community partnerships and oversee reporting and data analysis to drive strategic planning.

• Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data to support planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide families with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Deliver tours, open days and taster sessions to showcase the school ethos.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and manage CRM platforms.
• Monitor admissions activity, conversion rates and trends.
• Produce regular data reports to support forecasting and planning.
• Build relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools and partners.
• Support onboarding and transition for families and students.
• Develop links with senior school admissions teams and Headteacher alignment.
• Represent the school professionally to families and external stakeholders.
• Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns as required.
