Admissions Co-ordinator

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Faculty of Humanities is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Admissions Co-ordinator (Conversion) to work across the Schools of Arts, Languages and Cultures (SALC) and Social Sciences (SoSS). The primary focus of this role is on undergraduate and postgraduate taught (Masters) conversion. Collaborating with Admissions Managers and Officers, you will be responsible for implementing targeted, tailored conversion activities across programmes in SALC and SoSS, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and write communications for large-scale campaigns.
2. Utilize a range of platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and event platforms, to deliver activities.
3. Plan and deliver offer holder events in collaboration with academic staff, admissions teams, and marketing teams, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for offer holders.
