There are fantastic transport links with major rail and bus connections within easy reach. Nearby amenities include local grocery shops, a school, and a health centre, with a main bus route and stop next to the pub. Situated in a large residential area, the pub has significant potential to attract more customers.
The New Inn features an open plan layout divided into dedicated areas. The sports area includes a pool table and darts board, with TVs throughout, complemented by a projector and screen for large events. The main area offers a mix of fixed and loose seating for comfort and convenience. Towards the rear, a slightly raised area with additional darts and seating doubles as a lively DJ and karaoke zone. This opportunity allows you to run the pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns covers all running costs including rates, utilities, stock, and day-to-day expenses. You will receive 18.5% of the net weekly sales, plus all employment costs for staff, and council tax and TV license for the residential quarters.
