Job description

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd is a well-established portable toilet and tanker hire business operating a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations throughout the UK.

We hire temporary waste and water solutions, ranging from 1000ltr to 30,000ltr storage tanks. We are members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation.

We are currently seeking an Administrator with Customer Care skills based at our Telford depot.

Hours: Between 8am and 6pm

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Tardis Environmental is looking for a team member to join our customer service team. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically. The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling telephone calls and queries
  • Data entry
  • Order processing
  • Chasing damage claims
  • Dealing with drivers and customers throughout the day
  • Assisting the manager with general admin duties
  • Liaising with fitters
  • Arranging call outs
  • Managing part exchange damage reports
  • Undertaking general admin duties as required
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Preferably 2+ years of admin experience

Full training on in-house systems will be provided.

We offer an annual holiday entitlement of 28 days, including 8 bank holidays. For every 2 full years of service, you will receive an additional day holiday, up to a maximum of 5 extra days. We also offer a workplace pension scheme.
