Job DescriptionAs an Administrator for Victim Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring victims and witnesses of crime receive the timely and compassionate support they need. You'll be responsible for managing communications, coordinating team activities, and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Duties include monitoring the service inbox, organising meetings, processing data reports, and liaising with volunteers to enhance service delivery. You'll also support case workers and ensure referrals are actioned promptly, helping maintain Catch22's high standards of care and professionalism.
QualificationsWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with:
Desirable: Experience in minute-taking, knowledge of data protection regulations, and previous work in victim services or a similar role.

Contract: Part time, permanent
Hours & work pattern: Standard office hours, 0900-1700; flexible working available. 22.5 hours
Salary:£14,145 (£23,575 FTE)
Location: This role is based inLeicestershire.
