JOB TITLE: Administrator

HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday

START: ASAP

SALARY: Up to £30, DOE

LOCATION: Central Southampton

The role:

  • Responsible for all medical administration and compliance
  • Logging attendance
  • Updating the in-house system with medical certificates
  • Booking appointments and travel
  • Ordering medical equipment
  • Processing PO numbers and tracking spend on Excel
  • Preparing compliance for audits

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working within a compliance or medical setting
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
