About the Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will support our HR and Operational Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR and Recruitment - Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants, organising interviews, preparing contracts, and managing compliance matters (references, DBS checks, safeguarding training).
  • Administrative Support - Data entry, tracking and updating information, managing shared inboxes, proactively contacting employees to ensure timely submission of required documents and answering employee queries.
  • Operational Support - Administering resort allocations, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with training events, and managing equipment and uniforms.

Work Arrangements

We are looking for the successful candidate to start in November 2025. This is a full time role (36.25 hours per week) and offers hybrid working (at least 3 days per week in the Brighton office).
