Job Description:

This role is to provide a confidential, effective and efficient administrative support service to the Deputy Heads and the areas that they oversee.

The role will involve undertaking a range of general administrative tasks including preparing agendas, reports, newsletters and routine correspondence and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.

The post holder will have strong administrative skills, be able to manage their own time and workload and be happy communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Previous experience of working as an Administrator/Personal Assistant is desirable.

This role is full time, full year working 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The salary for this role is £27,898 per annum. Other benefits include, Company Pension scheme, free lunch, free car parking and free gym membership.
