Job description

Administrator
34 hour working week:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30pm
Friday 9am - 3.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)
Location
: South West Edinburgh
Start date: As soon as possible
Hourly rate: £12.89 per hour


We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team. This role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.


The role:



  • Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriately

  • Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings

  • Prepare and send invoices and quotations

  • Maintain and update team diaries and calendars

  • Provide general administrative support including filing and data entry


We're looking for someone who:



  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team

  • Is confident and clear in both written and verbal communication

  • Is naturally enthusiastic and enjoys working with people

  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and basic invoicing software
