The Role

The Administrator will support the Security & Counterparty team or internal clients by onboarding clients, insurers, and counterparties effectively and compliantly. They will help maintain the integrity of broking system account records.

You will ensure responsibilities and objectives are completed following company policies and your assigned responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with senior team members to prioritize tasks aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and team members, referring complex queries appropriately.
  • Maintain records to generate metrics and ensure efficiency.
  • Contribute to the planning of the wider Security & Counterparty team.
  • Manage projects and assist with others as needed.
  • Provide management information to senior management.
  • Develop expertise in Insurer Terms of Business Agreements and mentor business units.
  • Assist with onboarding documents and questionnaires.
  • Utilize company systems to capture and use information.
  • Keep records up-to-date and respond to urgent issues.

Who we’re looking for

  • Understanding of insurance broking regulations or studies in insurance or commerce are preferred.
  • Experience in compliance or security departments of UK public companies is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and analytical with problem-solving skills.
