The Role

The Administrator supports the Security & Counterparty team or internal clients by onboarding clients, insurers, and other counterparties effectively and compliantly. They assist with creating, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of broking system account records.

You will ensure responsibilities and objectives are completed according to company policies and responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Determine work priorities with senior team members to meet business goals.
  • Act as liaison between Business Units and team, referring complex queries appropriately.
  • Maintain records and produce metrics to ensure efficiency.
  • Contribute to team plans, ensuring delivery considerations.
  • Manage projects and contribute to others as needed.
  • Provide management information to senior management.
  • Develop expertise in Insurer Terms of Business Agreements and mentor Business Units.
  • Assist with completing onboarding documents and questionnaires.
  • Work with team to utilize information within company systems.
  • Keep records up to date on company systems.
  • Respond to urgent issues appropriately.

  • Understanding of insurance broking regulations or studies in insurance or commerce preferred.
  • Experience in UK regulatory compliance departments is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills.
