An excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Administrator / Sales Support Administration Assistant to join our team at Jay City Finance, a long-standing and growing asset finance brokerage in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, which arranges over £40m of asset finance and leasing facilities for UK companies every year.

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Benefits (Life Insurance and Healthcare)
LOCATION: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire (100% Office Based), just off Junction20 of the M25
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday

As an Administrator / Sales Support Administration Assistant at Jay City Finance you will provide vital administration across multiple processes, supporting sales operations and helping ensure a smooth workflow.
Working within a small, supportive team, the Administrator / Sales Support Administration Assistant will liaise with customers, suppliers and funders, while processing finance quotes, raising documentation and updating CRM records.
