Main duties of the job

The role of the administrator in theReferral Management and Private clients team provides an efficient andcomprehensive secretarial support service to our clinicians and our externalcustomers.

You will be required to:

  • Maintain a high standard administrative supportservice to meet the needs of the role.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timelytyping skills.
  • Process investigations efficiently andeffectively
  • Treat all aspects of your role with thehighest level of confidentiality.

Job responsibilities

Main duties of the role:

Ensure all admin / secretarial duties arecarried out efficiently and effectively whilst always having the patient at theforefront of your mind, enabling our GPs to always deliver the best patientcare.

Ensuring referral letters, insurance andsolicitors reports, subject access requests, internal and external queries arecarried out efficiently and effectively.

Ensure you understand all aspects of yourrole and adhere to the teams SOP where appropriate.

Provide cover / overtime for your teamduring periods of annual leave / sickness.

On occasion you may also be required toprovide admin support across the department to meet the needs of the business.
