Administrator - Referral Management and Private Client Team

Main duties of the job

The role of the administrator in the Referral Management and Private Clients team provides an efficient and comprehensive secretarial support service to our clinicians and external customers.

You will be required to:

  • Maintain a high standard administrative support service to meet the needs of the role.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely typing skills.
  • Process investigations efficiently and effectively.
  • Treat all aspects of your role with the highest level of confidentiality.

Job responsibilities

Main duties of the role:

Ensure all admin / secretarial duties are carried out efficiently and effectively whilst always having the patient at the forefront of your mind, enabling our GPs to always deliver the best patient care.

Ensuring referral letters, insurance and solicitors reports, subject access requests, internal and external queries are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Ensure you understand all aspects of your role and adhere to the team's SOP where appropriate.

Provide cover / overtime for your team during periods of annual leave / sickness.

On occasion, you may also be required to provide admin support across the department to meet the needs of the business.
