Responsibilities:

As a Administrator / Junior Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining valuable experience and building the foundation for a successful career in recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cold-Calling and Relationship Building:Initiate contact with potential candidates and clients to develop lasting professional relationships.
  • Shadowing the Senior Recruiter:Learn from experienced colleagues and gain insights into the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Tasks:Support the team with essential administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Fast-Paced Sales Environment:Thrive in a dynamic setting where quick thinking and adaptability are key.
  • Sales Lead Generation:Proactively generate leads and manage a high volume of telephone calls.
  • Market Research and Sector Specialisation:Research industry trends and become a specialist in your sector.
  • Recruitment Tools Utilisation:Use various tools to source candidates and fill vacancies effectively.
  • Interviewing Candidates:Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
  • Target and KPI Achievement:Work towards and exceed your targets and daily key performance indicators.
