We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Receptionist/Administrator on a 12 month FTC to support our Leeds office. Due to the nature of the role this is a fully office based role.
What does the role involve?
You will support the business by answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner providing a seamless call service for the Group. You will be responsible for the general supervision of the office reception areas and meeting rooms, greeting visitors, organising refreshments and catering requirements, tidying meeting rooms and replenishing office supplies. You will also be required to collaborate with the Senior Administrator, based at our Leeds office as well as the wider admin team.
