We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for our busy office in Swansea, in a front of house role whilst providing administrative support to the admin team.

Key accountabilities

  1. First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office
  2. Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking mail and liaising with couriers
  3. Visibility of staff diaries, in order to make appointments and prepare and distribute staff status and movements to the team
  4. Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  5. Maintaining client record system
  6. Provide support to the wider admin team

What are we looking for?

  1. No day is ever the same and therefore a self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative will be well rewarded within this position
  2. Either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required
  3. Microsoft Office skills are a must
  4. Be able to build relationships and feel like a key member of our team.
  5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
