Job summary

A local community organization in Belfast is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide efficient reception and administrative services for various projects. The successful candidate will engage with visitors and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization. A minimum of one year’s experience in administrative roles is required. Job description

To provide professional, responsive, and efficient administrative and reception support to LIA projects, programmes, and services, ensuring effective communication and smooth day-to-day operations. The post holder will also provide support to Ligoniel Community Enterprises (LCE) and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk reception duties including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and responding to enquiries.
  • Deliver general administrative support across LIA, including preparing documents, correspondence, reports, and meeting papers.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality administrative support.
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administrative or clerical support role.
