Are you a passionate individual who holds high expectations and aims for excellence? Are you ready to use your skills to contribute to a community where everyone feels they belong?
Philip Morant School and College was judged as “Good” in all areas by Ofsted in September 2023. We are looking for an Administrator for Admin/Reception who can be a key part in our ongoing improvement journey.
Our school is a calm and orderly place. We work hard to ensure everyone feels welcome. As the largest school in Colchester we have exceptional facilities. Through the Sigma Trust there are many opportunities to work with staff in other schools and to have opportunities for development.
Living and breathing our vision and values starts from interview day, with every applicant welcomed by the Headteacher. From there every member of staff is part of a strong team and support and opportunity is always available.
Our main office is the first place visitors and parents experience as they enter our school. It is busy yet we demonstrate our vision and values as we welcome and seek to support everyone.
A key part of this role will be supporting the administration of our many trips and events. This requires a strong attention to detail and skills to deal with many enquiries, chase up payments and confirmation and ensure our robust procedures are all in place for every trip.
If you are not already first aid qualified we will provide first aid training so you can provide back up support to our regular medical staff.
