Our school is a calm and orderly place. We work hard to ensure everyone feels welcome. As the largest school in Colchester we have exceptional facilities. Through the Sigma Trust there are many opportunities to work with staff in other schools and to have opportunities for development.

A key part of this role will be supporting the administration of our many trips and events. This requires a strong attention to detail and skills to deal with many enquiries, chase up payments and confirmation and ensure our robust procedures are all in place for every trip.

If you are not already first aid qualified we will provide first aid training so you can provide back up support to our regular medical staff.

A Day in the Life:

  • Ensuring all safeguarding checks have been completed on all visitors who enter the school
  • Supporting the administration of trips including collecting payments, dealing with enquiries, producing trip packs.

What We're Looking For:

  • The ability to listen to enquiries with compassion and find the best way to help
  • A strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confidence with IT packages and good literacy and numeracy skills
